How do I return an item purchased from French
Connection Online?

All full priced items, excluding swimwear, cosmetics and jewellery, that are unworn and in their original condition can be returned either via mail or to a French Connection Concept store within 14 days of delivery.

We cannot facilitate exchanges via mail and suggest returning and repurchasing the desired replacements items for the quickest turnaround.

Please note that sale and outlet items are not eligible for a change of mind return.

To return your item/s via mail:

  1. Please include your receipt and your returns form. DOWNLOAD THIS HERE
  2. Please securely package your items
  3. Post your return to:
    French Connection
    Shop S04 Nuffield St,
    Newmarket, Auckland, 1023

As French Connection is not liable for the loss of an item being returned, we recommend that you return it using trackable method of postage.

Please allow 2 weeks for your account to be credited, and you will be notified via email once your eligible refund has been processed.

To return your items to a French Connection Concept Store:

Please visit your local store with the items and your order confirmation email, and our store team would be happy to assist you with your refund or exchange as required. You may only return an item at a store which stocks the class of goods you wish to return or exchange.

How do I return an item purchased from a French
Connection Concept Store?

Please note that proof of purchase (i.e. your store receipt) is required.

If you have changed your mind regarding an item you purchased on sale, please note that you will only be eligible for an exchange.

FREE RETURNS WITH PAYPAL

If you need to send something back, PayPal will refund your return shipping costs on eligible purchases with Refunded Returns.*

This service is available at no additional cost to PayPal account holders who have registered for it at www.paypal.com.au/returns and used PayPal to pay for their online order.

Please note this service is provided by PayPal and all enquiries should be directed to PayPal customer service.
